Your business has outgrown the owner doing the finances at night. Decisions about hiring, finance, pricing and expansion now carry six- and seven-figure consequences. A full-time CFO typically costs $180,000 to $300,000 a year in salary, which puts one out of reach for most businesses turning over less than $20 million.
What we do
Ian becomes your part-time CFO. Each month you get a board-style report and a 60-minute meeting. Each quarter we run an advisory board meeting of up to 2 hours. Once a year we hold a half-day strategy workshop and review what your business is worth. Between meetings, you have up to 2 hours a month of decision support and Ian's direct mobile number.

Results by department, site or segment

Questions
What's the difference between a virtual CFO and my accountant?
Your accountant prepares your tax returns, BAS, and year-end accounts. A virtual CFO uses your numbers to plan cash, profit, and growth for the months ahead. You can keep your accountant and add a virtual CFO alongside them.
Do I need Virtual CFO or Growth?
That depends on the decisions in front of you. We'll recommend one on your discovery call, and you can change plans later with 30 days' notice.
Fee
Included in the Virtual CFO plan, for a fixed monthly fee. A quarterly version costs less. We travel anywhere in Australia for your annual strategy workshop, and additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
