Four steps take you from a first conversation to monthly reporting and advice. You'll know your fixed fee before you commit to anything.
Free 30-minute discovery call
We talk about your business, your goals and what worries you most. Meet in person or online. By the end, you'll know whether we can help and which plan suits you.
Financial Health Check
Many owners start here. For $750 (a special offer price), we review your financials against your industry and give you a written report and action plan. If you join a plan within 30 days, the full $750 comes off your onboarding fee.
Your proposal
We send a written proposal setting out your plan, everything it includes, your fixed monthly fee and your one-off onboarding fee. There's no lock-in contract.
Onboarding
We set up your dashboard, tidy your chart of accounts, and build your first budget or forecast. Then your monthly or quarterly meetings begin.
You work with me from the first call
I take every discovery call myself. I prepare your Financial Health Check and your proposal, and I run your meetings.
You won't be handed to a junior team member you've never met. When you have a question, you know who to call.

What we need from you
- Read-only access to your accounting software, such as Xero or MYOB
- Your last two years of financial statements and tax returns
- An introduction to your accountant, if you have one, so we can agree who does what
- About an hour for the kick-off meeting
Changing or ending your plan
- Move up or down a plan with 30 days' notice and no fee
- End your plan with 14 days' written notice, as set out in our Terms of Business
- Prices increase on 1 July each year, in line with the rise in our costs of staff, technology and general overheads. We give you at least 30 days' written notice.
