The Financial Health Check is the best first step if you want a clear picture before you commit to a plan. We compare your business with others in your industry, find where cash and profit are leaking, and put a dollar figure on what fixing it is worth.

What we review

• Your profit and loss and balance sheet for the last full year, plus year to date
• Your true profit, after replacing owner drawings with a commercial salary for the work you do, so the comparison with your industry is fair
• Margins, wages, overheads, debtor days, stock and cash runway against industry benchmarks
• Operations and customer measures, such as customer concentration and repeat business
• How resilient the business is, from the questionnaire you complete before we meet

What you receive

• A written report with your results against your industry
• Value opportunities shown as conservative, likely and stretch ranges in dollars
• A practical action plan, in order of priority
• A meeting, in person or online, where we walk you through every finding

How it works

We send you a short questionnaire and ask for your latest financial statements or read-only access to your Xero or MYOB file. We prepare the report, then meet to go through it with you.
